Burson Audio Opamp

Burson Audio Opamps are simply the highest quality opamps you can upgrade to.
Think of an opamp like a miniature amplifier on the circuit board which is used to amplify signal. The same type of spec applies to an opamp just like a big amp. Noise floor, signal to noise ratio, slew rate, etc. So just like transistors miniaturized the vacuum tube, Integrated circuits (IC chips) miniaturized the opamp. Burson audio opamps are “discreet” which means they are made up of many actual component parts soldered onto a PC board rather than etched onto a silicon wafer and encased in plastic. In audio “discreet” anything is always better for sonic performance. When we found out that Burson was still taking the time to create these labor intensive masterpieces we were blown away. A couple single Burson opamps in our 200W class A monoblocks, and we were awestruck at what happened. It was like we got new amplifiers. Complete air, transparency, and liquid midrange teamed up with stout, musical bass. These opamps can be added to one of our mods, or simply purchased outright for you to install.. If your opamps are in a 8 pin dip socket, all you need to do is trim the leads and plug them in. If not, just solder them into the holes after removing the stock opamp..easy… you simply just need the room for them, as they are much bigger than their silicon counterparts. Either way, these parts are plug and play.. before considering new equipment do yourself a favor and try these opamps.. you may just save a lot of money in the process..
Here are the opamps the Burson will directly replace:
